Fat and Happy Western Alabaster13" x 16" x 14"

I usually have a very good idea, even in the earliest stages of sculpting, of what the stone will look like once the sculpture is completed. This piece, however, was a surprise. The movement of the white webbing combined with the natural grey and rose colors proves that in stone, almost any combinations of colors are possible and can assist in creating magic within the design of a piece.
